What did you mean by the project should be in the prototype stage…? My project had been approved by NSF and I still preparing my prototype 3D model, can I apply?

Most of the discussion has been around hardware providers. Are software providers also eligible to apply? For context we are solving challenges related to the Li-ion R&D process

My technology will enable me make solid-state battery, that has Li metal anode, and high capacity cathode. Each of these is a sub-option under the battery. Is combining all these sub-options acceptable?

When I participate in this EVCB, will my research project be carried out by LG or Hyunai/KIA engineers/researchers working together to solve thr problem?or, I need to join the given courses and tasks to cultivate my ability?
